My Current Setup

Philips Tivo R1 with 200Gb Drive (running OzTivo image)
Connected to Digital FTA via DigiCrystal SDT-8800

More PAL Tivos expected soon from UK, plus I'm getting a Cache card - will be interesting to see how much faster they are.
